                                                                                                                 Starrfoxx's car.
It’s been awhile since I was on the road. After visiting the hospital, it was evident that I really needed some rest. After taking some time to relax, it was time to continue the road trip once again. As I was driving along the road, I passed an interesting residential area in the neighborhood of New York City. One particular lot caught by interest, so I pulled the car over and parked to check it out. As I got out of the car, I felt the wind blowing across my face as I looked up and saw the sign…

A view of the townhouses.

Alphaville Townhouses

A nice place to live and visit.

The office door had the manager's name, Kayla Connor on it. However, she was out today Her assistant Candy-Rain was working in her absence, so she gave me a tour of the facility. As we walked, I could tell that there was plenty of room for people looking for a place to live. Three huge structures, plus a memorial park. The park is what caught my attention, so I asked if we could look at that first.

The Linda Rae Memorial Park.

The park is absolutely beautiful. There is a nicely carved marker here that states that the park is dedicated to the original creator of these homes, Linda Rae. Even though the park has been remodeled since her departure, the new owner dedicated this park in honor of Linda and her creative spirit.

Also of interest in the park was a Mystic Tree that was dedicated from Alphaville Townhomes' new owner, Kayla, to her first roommate and co-owner, xX Jammer Xx. As a result of the partnership, the two have been able to make this place the wonderful place to live that it is now.

Candy's residence.

I was invited in to the main residence of Candy, so that she could tell me all about the other buildings and it's furnishings. There were some other guests and friends of hers that were here as well. One of the guests here was a dancing bear by the name of Ryu. This is not something you see every day, so I had to take a picture of this!

Yes, a dancing bear in a kilt is "creeepy".

Upstairs at Candy's place.

Upstairs, the main residence building was very nicely furnished, I couldn’t help but notice the broken TV. Sadly this was a result of a bad guest that once stayed here. Thankfully the person hasn’t been back since to cause more damage.

This could use a little fixing.

Candy's kitchen

Finally, I got to see the very spacious and beautifully designed kitchen. Now here's a place to whet your appetite... and feed it.

Campfire at night.

Since it was late, I decided that I would stay for the night. Before turning in, Candy invited us around the campfire in the park to honor Linda Rae's memories, sing a few songs, and tell a few stories. We even roasted some marshmellows and made some S'mores. Yum!

I really enjoyed the company today. Tomorrow, it’ll be time to start the car up and continue on my journey. But as I lay on the bed here in the guest room, I thought to myself that if I didn’t have a home of my own then I would want to make Alphaville Townhouses my place of residence. Perhaps those looking for a home will consider visiting here and making this a home of their own.
